In the schedule down here you will find the ferry times from Stinica (Coast) and Misnjak (Island Rab): The sailing from one place to the other is approx.15 minutes. 

Like you can see on the schedule the Ferry sails all the year and is good organised.

In the main season there are more ferries sailing up and down.
